These workout machines will make exercising less painful, however, these machines are questionable when it comes to how much support this equipment offers.

The support the machines provide could diminish the effectiveness of the exercise, when you are using your arms to support your body. However, for the sake of argument, the more support the machine provides, means that more repetitions can be completed and therefore providing more success.
